WEBSITE & CLIENT WORKSPACE · UPDATED OCTOBER 3, 2026
Privacy & data use.
This notice describes how the Pragmenza client workspace handles an initial service request.
What to share
For an initial inquiry, we collect your name, email address, report or tool, and description of what looks wrong. For a client workspace, we also store your business or project name, requests, and conversation/status history. Use synthetic examples or non-personal aggregate figures. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment details, health data, employee or customer records, or confidential client identifiers. File uploads are not part of this intake.
Who can review a request
Public inquiry submissions are private to the authorized Pragmenza team; submitting an email address does not create or grant access to a client account. Signed-in project requests and conversations are available to that account and authorized team members. Pragmenza may use AI-assisted tools to organize, analyze, or prepare work from information you have authorized us to review. AI-assisted preparation is reviewed by a person; submitting a request does not authorize access to your other systems or automatically begin paid work.
Account and storage providers
Clerk manages the client sign-in process, including email verification. If Google sign-in is enabled and you choose it, Google also processes authentication. Pragmenza does not receive your Google password or access to your Gmail, Drive, or other Google services through basic sign-in. Inquiry details, project requests, and status history are stored in the website’s managed backend on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure.
The inquiry form also processes limited technical information for abuse prevention. It uses one-time tokens, a hidden spam-trap field, and submission limits. It does not send marketing messages or subscribe you to a mailing list.
Prag and browser storage
Prag uses prepared answers and a guided conversation in your browser. Its conversation is not sent to an AI model or saved in the inquiry database. If you choose Review in inquiry form from another page, the brief is temporarily stored in this browser tab for transfer and removed after it is added to the form; drafts older than 15 minutes are not restored. Review and explicitly submit the form to send the brief to the team. Clearing the conversation does not delete an inquiry you already submitted.
The site uses essential sign-in cookies and temporary browser storage for duplicate-submission checks. Clerk and infrastructure providers may process technical request information to operate and protect the service. The website does not add an advertising analytics tracker.
Your choices
Submit only information you are authorized to share. Contact team@pragmenza.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your project records. Records are kept to handle the inquiry and any agreed work; retention and additional data handling can be addressed in a written project scope. Signing out does not delete submitted records.
Before work begins
Service scope, price, access, delivery, and acceptance checks must be agreed separately. This site does not collect payments. Do not use this workspace for emergencies, regulated data, or requests involving children’s personal information.
