WEBSITE TERMS · UPDATED OCTOBER 3, 2026
Using this website.
These terms describe the Pragmenza website, initial inquiry form and client workspace. Contact team@pragmenza.com with questions before submitting information.
Inquiries and project work
An inquiry or account does not purchase a service, create a subscription or authorize work in your systems. Scope, price, access, delivery, acceptance checks and any ongoing support must be agreed separately in writing before work begins. The site does not collect payments.
Information you submit
Share only information you are authorized to provide. Use synthetic examples or non-personal aggregates in the first brief. Do not submit passwords, access keys, personal client or employee records, payment details, health information or other sensitive data. See the privacy and data-use notice for how submissions are handled.
Accounts and appropriate use
Use your own verified sign-in and keep access to your email secure. Do not impersonate another person, submit spam, probe another client’s records, or interfere with the website. Report an account or security concern to support@pragmenza.com.
Prag and the demonstration
Prag is an automated guide using prepared answers and a structured conversation. It can help assemble a brief but cannot agree prices, authorize access, guarantee results or make commitments for the team. Its conversation is not professional legal, financial or medical advice. The reporting demo uses synthetic data to illustrate calculations; it is not a customer result or proof of a platform integration.
Review and availability
Review your details before sending. The confirmation reference shows that an inquiry was stored; it does not promise a response time or acceptance of work. Website content and service availability may change. Any agreed project terms are handled in the separate written scope.
Your work and rights
Submitting a brief does not transfer ownership of your material. Rights to deliverables and permitted uses are defined in the project agreement. These website terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
